Ingredients

1 lb
cooked sausage (drain grease)
1 c
Bisquick
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
4  
Eggs (beat well before mixing with other ingredients)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and spoon into a lightly greased mini-muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes.

Notes

Lisa’s Notes: These taste like a sausage ball but are easier to make. We used hot sausage and you could add some cayenne pepper or hot sauce. Thank you Sandra Davis for sharing your recipe!
